We are offering Property Management services primarily in the condominium development known as Serena Village, Punta Cana. If you are looking to rent an apartment with the feeling of home, you have come to the right place. These beautiful apartments are privately owned, fully furnished and have the personal touch of each property owner to add to your personal enjoyment.
Our services are open and flexible to accommodate your needs. We will assist with both rentals and purchases of your dream condo in Serena Village. If you are looking for short term or long term rentals we can accommodate you and can also provide you with a variety of services including; airport pickup, transportation, grocery service, meal preparation and maid services to name a few. If you are an owner our services include all aspects of managing your condo to provide you with a worry free service. This ranges from VIP service for you to managing rentals, providing repairs, upgrades, furnishings etc. Our goal is to personalize every experience, maximizing your satisfaction while minimizing costs to meet your budget. Location and amenities:
Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Punta Cana International airport next to the Hospital known as "Hospiten". Walking distance to local shopping, OLE', Zagul, Little Ceasars, KFC, banking and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Plaza San Juan, Jumbo, Coco Bongo, Downtown Punta Cana and 15 minutes to the beach. Free shuttle service will take you to the the Jellyfish beach club on the white sandy beach of Bavaro, or Plaza San Juan and more. Local bus service available outside the main gate and Uber, taxi service available right at your door.
